at the end of the year we are able to look back on a successful business year. The successes are mutual successes. We were able to achieve important goals with you as loyal customers and business partners. Sehr geehrte Kunden,
gerne möchten wir Sie darüber informieren, dass es wichtige Änderungen im Bereich der VorOrt-Kalibrierung Ihrer Waagen gibt.
Leider hat die DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle) unser bisheriges Partnerschaftssystem für die DAkkS-Kalibrierung Ihrer Waagen vor Ort gekippt.
Aus diesem Grund haben wir ein komplett neues System aufgestellt, welches für Sie als Kunde für diese Dienstleistung einige Änderungen mit sich bringt.
Vorab können wir Ihnen aber mitteilen, dass die DAkkS-Kalibrierung Ihrer Waagen vor Ort nahtlos weiterhin durch das KERN Kalibrierlaboratorium und die Ihnen bekannten Ansprechpartner angeboten und durchgeführt werden kann.
Die bisher in Fachunternehmen tätigen - bis dahin "Bevollmächtigte" genannten - Mitarbeiter sind nun direkt mittels Arbeitsverträgen bei der Firma KERN & SOHN GmbH als "OnSite-Kalibriermitarbeiter (osKMAs)" angestellt.
Für Sie als Kunden hat dies zur Folge, dass nun alle Abwicklungen wie z.B. Angebote oder auch Rechnungstellungen immer direkt über die KERN & SOHN GmbH erfolgen. Ihre bisherigen Ansprechpartner bleiben dies auch in Zukunft – nun allerdings als mittels Arbeitsverträgen Angestellte Mitarbeiter des DAkkS-Kalibrierlaboratoriums der KERN & Sohn GmbH.

Dear customers,
we would like to inform you that as of 28.04.2021 our accreditation certificate according to DIN EN ISO 17025:2018 has been extended.
Instead of our previous address "Ziegelei 1", the extension of our laboratory is now listed as "Ziegelei 1-9".

we are pleased to inform you that we have received the new accreditation certificate according to DIN EN ISO 17025:2018 as of 29.03.2021.

In the course of this conversion, minor adjustments / changes were made to the DAkkS calibration certificates in accordance with the standard.
