Data privacy statement

We collect and use your personal data exclusively in line with the legal conditions of the data privacy laws in the Federal Republic of Germany. Transferring personal data to a third party will only occur with your express consent and only for a specific purpose. We reserve the right to pass information to the authorities and courts, should the need arise.

Storing data:

Access data

When you access our website, the IP address of your computer is recorded by the provider. Storing this information serves internal system-related and statistical purposes.

Personal data

Personal data is particular information which is related to an individual. Personal data such as name, company, address, telephone number and e-mail address, are only recorded with your consent, when, for example you create a customer account, place an order or give the related data through an online application. When downloading, this action is registered in the log file of the provider. This information is stored for further internal processing, in line with the data privacy laws.

Order processing

The personal data we collect from you will, as part of the order process, be passed to the company responsible for delivering the goods, in so far as this is necessary for delivery of the goods. We will pass your payment information to the financial institution assigned to process payments.

User data and cookies

Information which is entered voluntarily on forms must be stored for technical reasons. When entering information into a form when creating a customer account and placing an order, the entire contents will be stored in the database, together with the date, time and IP address of the person sending the form. If you fill in an enquiry form, then this information is sent to us by e-mail.

As well as other tools, we use cookies. They are used to make our overall website more user-friendly, more effective and safer, and above all to speed up the navigation on our platform. In addition, cookies allow us to measure the frequency of page views and navigation in general. We would like to point that a few of the cookies are transferred to your system by our server. In most cases this relates to so-called "session cookies". They can be identified as such because they are automatically deleted from your hard disk. Of course you can decline cookies at any time, only if and in so far as your Browser permits this.

Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies. These are text files, which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the way you are using our website. The information about your usage of our website produced by the cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

If IP anonymity is activated on this website, then your IP address will first be shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union and in other contract states to the agreement on the European Economic Area. In rare cases the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of our website, Google will use this information to evaluate how you are using our website, to collate reports on website activity and to provide further services linked to website usage and internet usage for the website operator.

The IP addresses transferred by your browser as part of Google Analytics are not merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of Cookies by using the relevant setting for your browser software. However, if you do this, you may then not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

In conclusion, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the Cookie and data relating to your usage of the website, including your IP address and prevent this being sent to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the Browser Plugin using the following link:
